Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Set and Achieve Sales Targets: Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets through the bancassurance channel.
- Implement Sales Initiatives: Design and implement sales campaigns to maximize revenue growth.
Training and Development:
- Conduct Training Programs: Deliver training programs for bank staff to enhance their knowledge of life insurance products.
- Provide Ongoing Support: Offer coaching and support to bank personnel to improve sales effectiveness.
Market Analysis:
- Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Identify New Opportunities: Utilize market insights to identify new opportunities for growth in the bancassurance channel.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all bancassurance-related activities.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare regular reports for management with insights and recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Desired Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the BFSI industry.
- Age Limit: Maximum 38 years.
- Essential Skills: Strong leadership and relationship management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
