Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RPA Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our automation initiative, you will play a critical role in identifying business opportunities and defining requirements for process automation.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 2 years in RPA projects. You will be responsible for conducting process assessments, documenting detailed process workflows, and collaborating with RPA engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business teams to identify automation opportunities and define requirements.
  • Conduct process assessments to evaluate feasibility and ROI for automation.
  • Document detailed process workflows, business rules, and exceptions for automation.
  • Collaborate with RPA engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Define and track KPIs for automation success.
  • Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and security standards.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist in bot deployment.
  • Provide training support to business users.
  • Work in an Agile environment, driving iterative improvements in RPA delivery.

Required Skills Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 2 years in RPA projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Automation Anywhere (AA) and RPA best practices.
  • Experience in process discovery, mapping, and optimization.
  • Ability to analyze ROI and business impact of automation initiatives.
  • Experience working in an Agile RPA delivery model.
  • Strong understanding of integration challenges with legacy systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN).
  • Exposure to AI/ML-enhanced automation and intelligent document processing (IDP).
