Job Title: Automated Test Equipment Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in migrating automated test equipment (ATE) test programs.

  • Migrate existing test programs from various platforms to the NI STS platform.
  • Rewrite test methods and adapt test flows for the new environment.
  • Utilize C# as the primary programming language for new test programs.
  • Analyze and adapt existing source code written in C++ and other languages.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in semiconductor test engineering and practices, with proficiency in C++/C# and solid understanding of test program development and debugging. Familiarity with test instrumentation and the ability to work with various hardware platforms is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrating ATE Test Programs: Migrate existing test programs from various platforms to the NI STS platform, ensuring seamless integration and efficient execution.
  • Test Method Rewrite: Rewrite test methods and adapt test flows for the new environment, leveraging expertise in C# and C++ programming languages.
  • Source Code Analysis: Analyze and adapt existing source code written in C++ and other languages, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience in semiconductor test engineering and practices, with proficiency in C++/C# programming languages.
  • Debugging Skills: Solid understanding of test program development and debugging, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Familiarity with Test Instrumentation: Familiarity with test instrumentation and the ability to work with various hardware platforms.
