Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on professional to lead our Indirect Tax practice in a leadership role. This opportunity is ideal for someone who blends deep technical knowledge with practical experience in GST and related areas of indirect taxation.

The role demands both strategic thinking and execution capability—leading client engagements, mentoring teams, and maintaining high standards in delivery and client service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end GST and indirect tax advisory assignments, including structuring, impact analysis, and compliance reviews.
  • Providing technical analysis on complex IDT issues, drafting client memos, and preparing regulatory submissions.
  • Driving litigation strategy, including preparing replies, appeals, and representing clients before tax authorities.
  • Supervising and mentoring teams on technical execution, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A Chartered Accountant with 8–12 years of relevant experience in indirect taxation.
  • A strong command over GST laws, including place of supply, ITC rules, and procedural aspects.
  • The ability to translate legal nuances into practical, business-friendly solutions.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
