We are seeking a skilled Backend/Full-stack developer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing backend services using Node.js and JavaScript. They will also integrate MongoDB and other data layers for performance and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in backend/full-stack engineering.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
  • Experience using Docker.
  • English or Spanish proficiency at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tasks with minimal information.
  • Ownership mentality: You are proactive, accountable, and willing to take on responsibility beyond your role.
  • Availability to work in US East Coast time zone.
