The successful candidate will coordinate with various vendors, BPO providers, and business units to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Key responsibilities will include configuring SAP HCM systems, writing and modifying functional documents, and adhering to PepsiCo's security standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support SAP gross to net payroll on a daily basis for the US and Canada.
- Work with business units, vendors, and BPO providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Adhere to PepsiCo's security standards and policies, including country-specific requirements.
- Deliver solutions following SAP best practices and PepsiCo's controls.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of SAP HCM payroll IT implementation and support experience.
- In-depth SAP HCM US/CA payroll configuration experience.
- Experience with gross to net payroll, including sub-modules like Time Management, CATS, Benefits, Taxes - BSI, Financial Posting, 3PR, Garnishment, ALE/IDOC.
- Knowledge of payroll/time schemas and rules.
- Integration knowledge with payroll and various downstream systems.
- Ability to read, modify, and write functional documents, field mapping documents, and configuration rationales.
- Fluency in spoken and written English language.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
