  • Design scalable, high-performance systems to support our high-traffic applications.
  • Write testable, efficient, and reusable code that meets our standards.
  • Manage project priorities and deliverables with technical expertise.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Tech teams on user-facing products.
  • Mentor teammates and drive high-quality technical work.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields, 4+ years of experience as a backend developer, proficiency in Python, and hands-on experience with Django or similar frameworks.

The interview process will consist of an initial assessment by AI-Recruiter Tina, followed by an experience-related discussion and coding question by the Hiring Manager, and finally a meeting with the Founder.
