Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer L1 to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting alerts from network devices, working on raised and assigned tickets/alerts from the ITSM tool, and handling fault management with service providers.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real impact on our network infrastructure. As a Network Engineer L1, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with other engineers to identify and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report alerts from network devices
  • Work on raised and assigned tickets/alerts from the ITSM tool:
    • Identify the fault
    • Assign severity
    • Follow troubleshooting procedures
    • Ensure timely closure of alerts/tickets
  • Handle fault management with service providers for network-related issues:
    • Initiate trouble tickets
    • Follow up until resolution
    • Escalate if required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Valid CCNA / JNCIA / CCNP Routing and Switching / Security certification
  • OEM valid intermediate-level SD-WAN certification
  • 3+ years in handling network operations
