Subcontract Coordinator

Praxsol Engineering Private Limited is a leading company in the field of engineering services. We are looking for a skilled Subcontract Coordinator to join our team.

We are seeking an experienced Subcontract Coordinator to support our procurement team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong understanding of subcontracting processes.

• Finding new outsourcing partners based on project requirements and evaluating their suitability.
• Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects and documenting progress.
• Monitoring vendor productivity and providing regular updates to management.
• Ensuring that all deliverables are met according to project scope and timelines.
• Supporting the Manager-Subcontracts and Manager-HR in tasks related to deputations and documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
• 0-1 year of experience in subcontracting or procurement.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing organizational requirements.

• Pan-India location opportunities, currently based in Visakhapatnam.
• A competitive salary of ₹5,00,000 - ₹7,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
