Product Director

This role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, championing customer interests and identifying market opportunities to plan, execute and measure success through relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
The successful candidate will define and analyze key success metrics, lead a team of project managers, development managers and developers and collaborate cross-functionally with user experience teams, quality assurance teams, central engineering teams and business teams to deliver on aggressive growth plans.
Key responsibilities include prioritizing and signing off on new feature development, enhancements and bug fixes, defining execution plans and allocating resources accordingly, managing the complete development lifecycle from requirement definition to deployment and driving insights and continual improvements.
Educational criteria for this role include a minimum of 80% in classes 10 and 12, as well as a minimum of 60% in B.Tech and MBA.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 5-8 years of experience in technology and product.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with various web analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven drive to achieve and bias for action.
- Collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in efficient Scrum and Sprint management.
- Excellent people management skills.
Desired skillset for this role includes ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and track record of successfully defining and releasing products in the Internet/Mobile space.
