Job Title: Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team at HyrEzy Talent Solutions. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the frontend and backend of our web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java.

About the Role:
  • Develop and maintain the frontend of the application using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Build and maintain the backend of the application using Java, Spring Framework, or other backend technologies.
  • Integrate the application with cloud services such as AWS or Azure for scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure the security and reliability of the application by implementing best practices, such as encryption and testing.
  • Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in the application, and provide support to end-users.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, and apply them to improve the application.
  • Document the development process and write technical documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant discipline.
  • 4-7 years of relevant technical experience.
  • Experience optimizing the performance of web applications.
  • Familiarity with large-scale software architecture, networking, and distributed systems, design patterns.
  • Knowledge of current industry standards for secure web and mobile design.
  • Experience in debugging, performance improvement, optimization, and refactoring code.
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Experience in building and supporting distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in working with microservices and DevSecOps concepts.
  • Detail-oriented to ensure code meets user stories details.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused, react well to changes, work with teams, and be able to multitask on multiple products and projects.
  • Must be self-motivated and objective-driven. He/She should be ready to learn new domains and technologies based on organization strategy.
