Implementation Project Manager SAP SuccessFactors

This role involves spearheading global implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors. Responsibilities include project planning, management and oversight (timeline, budget, quality), stakeholder coordination and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

  • Plan, manage and oversee full implementation project (timeline, budget, quality).
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (HR, IT, external partners).
  • Create and maintain project plans, status reports and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, change management and organizational standards.

As an Implementation Project Manager you will be responsible for the technical implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. This includes acting as a trusted advisor to project teams and business stakeholders recommending optimal technical solutions based on best practices and system architecture.

You will also serve as the central knowledge holder for SuccessFactors EC within the global HR-IT team. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

This role requires deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, experience in technical consulting and solution architecture within the SuccessFactors ecosystem, ability to analyze complex requirements and deliver scalable sustainable solutions, experience with interface integration and reporting tools, and SuccessFactors EC certification is a plus.
