Job Title: Oracle Technical Support Specialist

This role involves providing technical support for Oracle EBS R12, focusing on multiple modules in the Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.

We seek a skilled professional with hands-on experience in SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.

The ideal candidate will have proficiently managed inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data load processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot production issues across various Oracle EBS layers and implement effective resolutions.
  • Independently manage issue resolutions and customization enhancements in live Oracle EBS business flows.
