Reliability Engineering Manager

This role combines software engineering and systems expertise to oversee the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical systems. As a key leader in reliability practices, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and implementing strategies to drive automation, monitoring, and incident response.

The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform/Helm/Ansible. Proficiency in Java and expertise in distributed systems, databases, and load balancing is also required. Strong people management and leadership skills, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, and clear and concise communication are essential for this role.

You will be responsible for defining and monitoring SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs, as well as leading efforts to maintain high availability and reliability of critical services. Additionally, you will establish and improve incident management processes, lead incident response and root cause analysis, and drive post-incident reviews and actionable insights.
