We are seeking a skilled professional to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing retail sales, e-commerce sales, inventory, customer behavior, and pricing performance. You will collect, clean, and structure raw data from various sources, including POS, ERP, CRM, Google Analytics, marketplaces, and social/digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze retail sales, e-commerce sales, inventory, customer behavior, and pricing performance
  • Collect, clean, and structure raw data from various sources
  • Build dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, Tableau, track KPIs across retail and e-commerce
  • Lead demand forecasting, product performance evaluation, assortment analysis, and customer segmentation
  • Conduct micro-level and predictive analysis to support marketing, merchandising, and supply chain planning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, and operations teams to deliver actionable insights
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across all reporting systems
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior management for decision-making

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
  • 5+ years in data analysis, with 3+ years in retail/wholesale analytics
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of retail KPIs, sales metrics, and inventory data
  • Experience with POS, ERP, and retail analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
  • Experience with retail forecasting and customer segmentation
  • Background in omni-channel or eCommerce environments
