Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting applied research, analyzing large datasets, and providing policy insights to inform state-level development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's, MPhil, or PhD in Economics, Statistics, or related fields from a reputable institution. They should also possess strong proficiency in data analysis and econometrics, as well as excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct rigorous research on economic growth, statistics, and public policy issues.
  • Develop and implement econometric/statistical techniques for policy analysis.
  • Produce high-quality policy briefs, reports, and presentations for decision-makers.
  • Engage with government officials, industry leaders, and academic stakeholders to build partnerships and promote collaboration.
Requirements
  • Master's, MPhil, or PhD in Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in policy research, data analysis, consulting, or academia.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and econometrics (Stata/R/Python).
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
