Key Data Architect Role

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced data architect with in-depth knowledge of ETL solutions and expertise in Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC)/Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).


Responsibilities
  • Collaborate within a team environment to develop, test, and support software development project lifecycles.
  • Map incoming data elements to existing structures, designing data interfaces with underlying business logic.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation prepared by the team.
  • Track daily and weekly activities, reporting progress as needed.
  • Perform code reviews and remediation, designing unit test scenarios and integration tests.
  • Participate in on-call support for product releases.
  • Research problems discovered by QA or product management, developing solutions.
  • Perform additional duties as determined by business needs and management direction.

Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in ETL development using IDMC/IICS with Snowflake as cloud data warehouse, unit testing, code review, coding standards, Scrum (Agile), JIRA.
  • Ability to track progress, report status, and proactively identify issues.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills with peers and project management teams.
  • Highly organized, working well in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
  • Able to lead and mentor technical teams.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in Scrum Development Teams.
  • Banking and Financial Services experience, preferably Cards and Payments domain.
  • Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques in IDMC/IICS.
