Job Overview

As a Mainframe Infra Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mainframe systems. Your primary responsibility will be to propose and implement systems enhancements to improve efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Propose and implement systems enhancements to improve efficiency and performance
  • Monitor usage and performance, troubleshoot mainframe system issues
  • Evaluate complexity and feasibility of new or changed system configurations
  • Work closely with SMEs to avoid production incidents
  • Run, plan, and create reports to observe potential bottlenecks in system performance and capacity
  • Analyze outages and defective states, initiate measures to remedy them
