Job Title: Pega Developer

We are seeking a skilled Pega developer with 5-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying Pega-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Pega PRPC applications, adhering to Pega best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications, process flows, and design documents.
  • Implement system integration requirements and optimize Pega applications for performance and scalability.
  • Customize Pega workflows, rules, reports, and interfaces to meet business needs.
  • Work on Pega system administration, including configuration, deployment, and version control.
  • Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to established coding standards.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during development and production phases.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Mentor junior developers and support team knowledge transfer initiatives.
Required Skills:
  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Pega development and implementation.
  • Strong expertise in Pega PRPC 7.x/8.x versions.
  • Experience with Pega Business Process Management (BPM) and Case Management.
  • Solid understanding of Pega Rules Engine, Data Flows, and Decisioning.
  • Proficient in Pega integration with external systems using REST, SOAP, JMS, and connectors.
  • Good knowledge of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2.
  • Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE and familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with Pega tools such as Pega Express, Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC), and Pega Deployment Manager.
  • Certified Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) or CSA (Certified System Architect) is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and tools such as JIRA is a plus.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and lead small development teams when required.
