Requirements:
  • Certified public accountant (CPA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience in corporate finance and business analysis.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping with enterprise resource planning (ERP)/accounting software experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects is a plus.
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
