As an Organic Compound Synthesis Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing new organic compounds through rigorous synthesis routes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and Execute Synthesis Routes: Develop and execute expert synthesis routes to produce high-quality organic compounds.
  • Purification and Characterization: Perform meticulous purification and characterization of organic molecules using cutting-edge analytical techniques such as NMR, HPLC, GC-MS, and IR spectroscopy.
  • Data Analysis and Troubleshooting: Analyze and interpret complex experimental data to troubleshoot reactions and optimize synthetic routes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and address project challenges.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and observations.

To achieve this, you will need:

  • Advanced Degree: PhD / Master's degree in organic chemistry or a related field, or evidence of exceptional ability.
  • Industrial Experience: 1-2+ years of industrial experience preferred.
  • Theoretical and Practical Knowledge: Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of organic chemistry principles and techniques.
  • Laboratory Skills: Hands-on experience with organic synthesis, purification, and characterization methods.

This is an onsite role that requires physical presence.
