Ultimo EAM Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation and configuration of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions using IFS Ultimo. As an EAM Consultant, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that optimize asset performance and operational efficiency.

• Implement and configure EAM modules (e.g., Maintenance Management, Asset Management, Safety Management) within IFS Ultimo.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Customize Ultimo workflows, forms, and reports to meet client needs.
• Integrate Ultimo with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, IoT platforms).
• Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.

• Proven experience working with IFS Ultimo in implementation, support, or consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of EAM principles and Ultimo's functional architecture.
• Experience with Ultimo's configuration tools and scripting.
• Familiarity with integration protocols (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
