Job Overview:

As an Associate General Manager - Design, you will drive revenue growth and manage critical business metrics in your region. You will take ownership of strategic initiatives such as product launches, process improvements, category expansion, and vendor management.

You will contribute to business decisions through insightful inputs and data-driven analysis. You must have a deep understanding of design requirements and customer experiences to maximize business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a young and ambitious city team.
  • Build a successful design ecosystem.
  • Oversight of quality design closure for catalogue products.
  • Meet KPIs such as design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a B.Arch or equivalent degree. An MBA would be beneficial. You must have at least 6-7 years of experience in interior fit-out businesses, managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services through designers.

You should possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to convey business requirements effectively. You must thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and have strong leadership and people management skills.
