Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated backend developer with 6+ years of experience to collaborate with top developers on freelance/part-time work. This is an opportunity to design, develop, and maintain software applications using Python.

This role involves applying object-oriented programming principles to create modular, reusable, and maintainable code, contributing to system architecture and design discussions for scalable solutions, implementing and optimizing data structures and algorithms, and working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery, conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure adherence to coding best practices, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Python programming.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented concepts and design patterns.
  • Experience with system design and architectural principles.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in database design, optimization, and query writing (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with software development best practices, Git, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
