Our company seeks an experienced Senior Associate to join our team. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for the valuation of businesses and intangible assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Valuation of businesses, business interests, and intangible assets in accordance with ASC 350, ASC 360, ASC 718/409A, ASC 820, and ASC 805.
  • Analyzing historical financial data to explain trends and identify risks.
  • Challenging assumptions related to future financial projections.
  • Development of discount rates (WACC, IRR, WARA, etc.).
  • Financial statement analysis (common size, ratio, trend, and industry comparative).
  • Conducting market research and developing industry growth estimates.
  • Constructing and reviewing financial models.
  • Supporting report preparation and client deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in fair value, debt, equity, purchase price allocation, and goodwill impairments.
  • Fundamental understanding of financial valuation theory and methodologies.
  • Experience with traditional valuation methods and financial databases.
  • Track record of managing multiple projects and delivering under tight deadlines.
  • Technical skills working with financial models in Excel.
