As a Technical Lead – Backend Engineering, you will drive initiatives that scale our core systems, balance existing business logic with new innovations, and ensure high reliability and performance across mission-critical components.

This role requires taking ownership of complex problems, collaborating effectively with peers, and comfortably engaging in both technical and customer-facing discussions.

  • Own technical execution for backend and frontend modules
  • Scale smartly by enhancing and evolving existing backend systems
  • Drive backend excellence by architecting high-performance services using Java and Spring Boot
  • Enable observability by working closely with DevOps to ensure production readiness
Key Qualifications

You will need:

  • 7–10 years of backend experience with recent hands-on development in Java and Spring Boot
  • Proven experience building and scaling systems to handle high throughput, low latency, and event-driven architecture
  • Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure components: EC2, S3, RDS, SQS, VPC
  • Familiarity with DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and performance tuning
