Marketing Communications Manager Role

We're seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Manager to drive our brand storytelling, communication strategy, and presence across digital and offline channels.

Job Description:
  • Brand Narrative Management
    • Create and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity that resonates with our audience.
    • Translate complex product and customer success stories into compelling narratives that showcase our value proposition.
  • Marketing Materials Development
    • Design and manage various marketing collateral, including decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and event materials.
    • Collaborate with customers to amplify their success stories and build thought leadership.
  • Social Media and Digital Presence
    • Develop and execute strategies to grow our presence on social media platforms (organic + paid) and promote our brand's thought leadership.
    • Plan and execute Ads and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Events and Showcases
    • Promote our brand's presence at industry events, conferences, and partner showcases.
    • Manage pre-event communication, on-ground branding, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
  • Campaign Execution and Measurement
    • Leverage HubSpot to run automated outreach and nurture workflows.
    • Track performance of brand, social, and outreach initiatives and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Tech marketing, with focus on branding, communications, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Ads, HubSpot, cold email campaigns, and ABM strategies.
  • Experience creating impactful marketing materials and managing brand presence at events.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort in tracking and reporting campaign impact.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
