Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketer to manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimisation — working closely with our creative team to deliver campaigns that convert.

  • Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Analyse campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR) and optimise to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copy and creatives.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in performance marketing, prior experience in e-commerce or real estate campaigns preferred, strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, and ability to analyse data and turn insights into action.

  • Prior experience in e-commerce or real estate campaigns preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
