Job Title:AVP - Transition Specialist">

We are seeking a seasoned transition professional to lead end-to-end transitions across various functions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple transition projects simultaneously, applying strong project management principles to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across global delivery centers, establishing robust governance and transparently reporting project status to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, capturing learning and best practices to reinforce in subsequent projects.
  • Deliver training sessions to internal managers on our organization's transition methodology and approach.

Requirements:

  • 16+ years of IT project management experience, with a focus on non-F&A functions (majorly application and infrastructure delivery and migration).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing mid/large-scale migration projects.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong leadership and team management abilities.

As a successful Transition Manager, you will possess exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You will also have a strong stakeholder management background and be detail-oriented with a drive to follow through on critical and time-sensitive tasks.
