Marketing Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and collaborating with the marketing team on product launches and promotions.

  • About the Role:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging content – reels, stories, posts, campaigns – aligned with the latest fashion and cultural trends.
  • Plan monthly social media calendars, shoot plans, and product highlights.
  • Work with photographers, stylists, and editors to manage content shoots.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for product launches, promotions, and festive campaigns.
  • Manage influencer collaborations – from outreach to deliverables.
  • Monitor insights, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement.
  • Stay updated with social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Handle customer engagement via DM queries and community building activities.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven 2-4 years of experience managing social media for fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, styling, and Indian fashion trends.
  • Ability to shoot basic content via phone (reels, behind-the-scenes) when needed.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or any design/video editing tools is a plus.
