Job Overview

We're seeking a solutions-driven professional to provide exceptional support to advertisers on Amazon's programmatic advertising platform.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and accurately to live chat or email support questions, helping advertisers troubleshoot issues related to campaign setup, creative moderation, performance, delivery, reporting, ad tags, and trackers.
  • Provide onboarding support, explanations of new features, consultation for product usage, and industry best practices to advertisers who reach out through contact channels.
  • Analyze and interpret data with advertisers to identify campaign improvement areas, root causes, and optimization opportunities.
  • Assist customers with questions related to product beta participation, capturing customer feedback, and collaborating with partners to highlight product gaps and opportunities.
  • Escalate any technical troubleshooting issues and surface them to leadership for widespread issues potentially impacting hundreds of advertisers.
  • Identify opportunities to update existing support documentation and effectively escalate to content specialists.
  • Mentor new and junior employees to up-level their knowledge of Amazon's programmatic advertising offerings and become a subject matter expert (SME) for campaign troubleshooting issues.
A Day in the Life

This role plays an exciting and important part in Amazon's success by unblocking issues and complexities for our advertisers via email and live channels. The successful candidate will be comfortable stepping in and handling escalations from our Advertisers.
