HR Business Partner - Strategic Advisor

Role Overview:

As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our organization's people, providing coaching and support to help them achieve their career goals. You will build deep, personalized relationships with business leaders and employees, proactively supporting them through various life, career, and project experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized employee coaching and guidance on career development, based on a strong understanding of each person's interests and aspirations, as well as knowledge of the business.
  • Engage in honest and transparent conversations with compassion and empathy to help employees grow, while keeping both personal and key practice priorities at the forefront.
  • Support practice employees and leadership by focusing on:
  • Staffing Advisory:
    • Offer personalized employee support by connecting people to projects and coaching them on 'best fit' roles, balancing career goals and business priorities.
    • Work proactively with employees to ensure that business-critical employee information is up-to-date and accurate (Skills, myScheduling, PA, etc.).
  • Running Our Business:
    • Work closely with Practice/Business Lead to understand our business/practice strategy and current performance, using this knowledge to coach employees.
    • Collaborate with Talent Futurists and Talent Scouts to stay informed about evolving talent demand.
    • Work with Talent Planning & Operations to support profitable growth.
  • People Development and Employee Experience:
    • Partner with the HR team to understand talent priorities and programs, ensuring employees are aware of specific opportunities.
    • Coordinate the Employee Experience in the practice, including engagement, feedback, coaching, and learning, working closely with the MU Employee Experience Lead.
    • Develop and execute strategies and actions to achieve Inclusion & Diversity objectives, working with the MU Inclusion & Diversity Lead.

We seek candidates with experience in post-onboarding activities up until termination activities. Preference may be given to those with US/EMEA EDM experience.
