  • Develop and implement innovative product designs leveraging sheet metal and other materials
  • Drive new product development from concept to launch
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards through PPAP documentation
  • Create detailed drawings and layouts for manufacturing processes
  • Compile technical documents, including data sheets and part lists
  • Estimate time requirements for all types of developments
  • Collaborate with suppliers to optimize procurement strategies
  • Oversee shop floor activities to ensure seamless production processes
