Job Title: CIM Automation Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled CIM Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our automation group, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) solutions.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • System Design and Development: You will design and develop CIM systems incorporating vendor products, including transport systems, recipe management systems, remote control systems, live equipment monitoring systems, and fault detection classification.
  • Collaboration with Fab Organization: You will work closely with fab organization, operation users, and partners to implement and develop CIM solutions through quality coding and testing.
  • Equipment Communication and Performance Tracking: You will build expertise in equipment communication, performance tracking, process job management, and carrier management.
  • Data Parsing and Engineering Systems: You will parse equipment data for pertinent equipment and process information to support backend engineering systems.
Operational Support:
  • Monitoring and Maintaining Hardware and Software Systems: You will provide consistent support to operations by monitoring and maintaining hardware and software systems, ensuring high uptime and reliability of automation tools and CIM related systems.
  • Database Management and Performance Tuning: You will manage DB transactions and Oracle packages for data management and performance tuning.
  • Equipment Tool Performance Monitoring: You will monitor equipment tool performance, ensuring availability of data transfer and compliance to operational requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong Programming Skills: You should have strong programming skills in C, C#, C++, Java, SQL with minimum 2 to 10 years of development work.
  • Interest in Clean Room Environment: You should have a keen interest to work in clean room environment, Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) projects, and conduct quality checks.
  • Willingness to Learn: You should be willing to learn SEMI standards and Semiconductor manufacturing processes.
  • Practical Problem-Solving Abilities: You should have practical problem-solving abilities during production-critical situations, while remaining composed under pressure, especially during system failures or production issues.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum BE Degree: A minimum BE degree is required.
  • Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in the field is required, with a minimum of 2 to 10 years' experience.
  • Semiconductor Industry Preferred: Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong verbal or written communication skills are essential.
