We are currently looking for an experienced Test Lead - Functional Testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in functional testing and be proficient in designing and executing tests, creating test cases and scenarios, and possessing a good understanding of bug lifecycle and defect management processes. They should also have hands-on experience in test designing, test execution, and test reporting, as well as experience in business analyst roles, client handling, and stakeholder management. In addition, they should be familiar with at least one defect management tool like Jira or TFS and have exposure to Agile methodologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and validating test data, conducting peer reviews, and contributing to the development of team members. They will also support stakeholders and clients through effective communication and collaboration.
