Mobile Application Lead

This role involves overseeing the development of cross-platform mobile applications, requiring an experienced lead with a strong background in software development and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 8-10 years of experience in leading software development teams and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze existing systems, including business logic and technical constraints.
  • Migrate shared/common codebase while ensuring compatibility with multiple environments.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions during development and identify migration challenges.
  • Design and implement a modern mobile UI/UX layer that aligns with existing business processes.
  • Tackle complex development and integration challenges using analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate closely with international teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Guide team members in solving technical problems and overcoming development hurdles.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of C# and Android development.
  • Mandatory expertise in Multi-Platform App UI.
  • Experience with modern software architectures (e.g., microservices).
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and services.
  • Knowledge of migrating desktop applications to mobile platforms.
