Senior Ancillary Revenue Strategist

The Hosteller is seeking an experienced professional to develop an ancillary revenue segment that includes events, travel desk, trips/treks/adventure activities, merchandise store, and membership program.
We are looking for a talented individual who can strategize and grow the ancillary revenue segment by understanding the company's vision, product lines, growth trajectory, user demographics, and GTM strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in the travel/hospitality/tourism sector and be able to develop first-to-market products to enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the company's vision, product lines, growth trajectory, user demographics, GTM strategy, etc.
- Develop various ancillary product lines, including events, travel desk, trips/treks/adventure activities, merchandise store, membership program, etc.
- Grow the ancillary revenue segment by strategizing team, products, vendors, alliances, partnerships, community events, etc.
- Drive innovative initiatives to develop first-to-market products to enhance user experience
- Execute sales strategies & achieve targets while maintaining high margins
- Develop alliances & partnerships from a monetary or non-monetary point of view
- Manage long-term relationships with stakeholders
- Adhere to company SOPs, LOP, and KPIs, ensuring legal and regulatory compliances along with business growth
Qualifications:
- Experienced professional in travel/tourism/aviation/hospitality sector with geographical knowledge (India and International)
- Experience with experiential and curated products, up-selling, local cultures, etc.
- Event management, community-driven activities, and Master's degree in event management/hospitality/sales & marketing
- Min. 5 years of experience in service sector
- Strong organisational, sales, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
