We are seeking a skilled Building Information Modelling (BIM) professional to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a BIM Engineer to work with us, utilizing their expertise in construction drawings and 3D modelling to create accurate and detailed designs.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Setting up projects, creating parametric families and managing the Revit server from a production perspective.
  • Completing attachment and detail markups for company products.
  • Translating less specific design direction into functional documents.
  • BIM Modelling: Creating 3D BIM models using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
  • Implementing BIM best practices, including LOD (Level of Development) standards.
  • Performing clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts.
  • Collaborating with project team members to ensure seamless integration of all building systems.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, having experience with Bluebeam review of drawings would be beneficial.

Education

You should hold a relevant degree in Architecture or a related field.
