We are seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to drive quality across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement QA plans and test strategies aligned with product objectives.
  • Automation & Efficiency: Lead automation efforts to improve test coverage, speed, and overall quality assurance processes.
  • Defect Management: Identify, track, and resolve defects through close collaboration with development teams.
  • Testing & Validation: Conduct thorough performance, regression, and functional testing to ensure product reliability.
  • Process Improvement & Reporting: Enhance QA tools and workflows, ensuring compliance and delivering clear quality reports to stakeholders.

Essential Skills:

  • 3+ years of QA experience with strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficient in automation tools, API testing, Jira, Postman/Swagger, and CRMs.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Git for testing and version control support.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

This role involves driving quality across the product lifecycle, from planning to delivery. You will be responsible for developing and implementing QA plans and test strategies aligned with product objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of QA experience and be proficient in automation tools, API testing, Jira, Postman/Swagger, and CRMs. They will also have basic knowledge of SQL and Git for testing and version control support.
