About the Role
  • Create end-to-end design process for enterprise web applications - from research and wireframing to mockups and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that meet business objectives and improve user engagement.
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across products.
  • Translate complex workflows into user-friendly dashboards, forms, and reusable components.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback cycles to validate design decisions.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with enterprise B2B or SaaS platforms.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating workflow-heavy enterprise web app design.
  • Proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, components) and other design tools.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
