Business Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to assume the role of Presales Engineer. The successful candidate will have expertise in designing and deploying cloud solutions for enterprise customers, as well as a deep understanding of traditional on-premise IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of customer business and technical expectations.
  • Create solutions that meet customer business and commercial needs.
  • Presentation skills: Deliver effective customer presentations and whiteboard sessions to present solutions.
  • Evaluate cloud technologies with customers.
  • Design and articulate strategic cloud computing solutions for enterprises.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify winning opportunities.
  • Coordinate solution delivery with operations teams to meet proposal requirements.
  • Foster relationships with delivery teams, prospects, or existing customers to enhance overall engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Technical expertise with solution architecture (implementation/consulting) experience.
  • Experience designing or deploying cloud solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Deep understanding of traditional on-premise IT infrastructure and ability to map to cloud services.
  • Participated in RFI/RFP processes, developed technical aspects of proposals aligned to customer requirements.
  • Engineered complex bids/RFPs underpinned by service and solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • GCP Associate Engineer certification preferred.
