Hiring for Senior Structural Engineers to join our team at Live-Connections is not required.

Experienced professionals with a strong background in structural engineering are sought to collaborate with senior staff, project managers and construction managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior staff to develop and integrate processes and procedures.
  • Deliver multiple projects or parts of larger projects to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Work closely with clients and structural design and BIM engineers to produce creative designs that meet their needs.
  • Ensure effective staff training initiatives and conduct on-time performance reviews to support employee growth and development.
  • Implement Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Programs to drive excellence in all aspects of the business.
Required Skills
  • Hands-on experience and proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD, and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel.
  • Ability to work independently on projects and handle teams effectively.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience in structural engineering building design on multidisciplinary projects.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Timesheets, Tekla, Dynamo, and 3D Structure Modelling Software.
  • Experience with Precast Technology and hands-on experience in designing Precast Buildings.
  • Structural design license.
