Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our IT Support team as a Technical Specialist. As part of this role, you will provide expert assistance to clients and internal teams, troubleshooting software-related issues and developing solutions to reduce downtime.

  • Provide technical support to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and remote access, identifying and resolving software-related problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to facilitate issue resolution and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Assist in the development of processes and procedures to improve issue resolution and streamline help desk operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 13+ years of experience in developing and supporting Microsoft .NET web-based applications and Windows servers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with high academic achievement.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting software problems from server to client browser.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence while leading customers through issue resolution.
  • Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
