Job Opportunity for Ruby on Rails Developer Lead

We are actively seeking a skilled RoR Developer Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with expertise in Ruby on Rails and a strong understanding of front-end technologies.

The selected individual will be responsible for leading the development of complex web applications using MongoDB, Postgresql, and MySQL databases.

Familiarity with RESTful web services, Git/GitHub, and JavaScript dependency management is essential.

We are looking for someone who can work independently while collaborating effectively with the team. Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication are necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
  • Good understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3)
  • Experience with web services, RESTful architecture, and API design
  • Familiarity with MongoDB, Postgresql, and MySQL databases
  • Proficient in Git/GitHub and version control
  • Strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
