We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our team in implementing and customizing our personalization platform for clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, deploy campaigns, and customize platforms to meet client needs and provide personalized user experiences.
  • Collaborate with the services teams, sales team, and customer success team to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain solutions and features using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other relevant tools and technologies.
  • Proficiency in Figma/Photoshop, with the ability to create and refine high-quality design assets, email, and onsite Campaign.
  • Optimize performance and ensure compatibility across browsers, email clients, and devices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Web Developer, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other relevant web development technologies including APIs.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and personalization platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a lean/agile development environment with remote teams.
  • Knowledge of client-side single-page applications using modern frameworks like React.
  • Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
  • Unit/integration testing experience.
