Frontend Engineering Lead Opportunity

A leading role for a seasoned frontend developer is available where you will spearhead frontend development efforts for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a team of frontend developers.
  • Define and Enforce Architecture: Define and enforce frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with product managers, backend leads, and UX/UI teams to align on requirements and ensure seamless integrations.
    • Hands-on Development: Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and optimization tasks.
    • Technology Ownership: Demonstrate expertise across a broad range of frontend technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, React Native, Flutter, Ionic, etc.).
      • Quality & Performance: Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
      • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment across engineering, design, QA, and product teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on frontend development experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong command over React and React Native is a must.
  • Working knowledge of Angular, Vue, Flutter, or Ionic is a plus.
  • Experience with state management tools (Redux, NgRx, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Webpack, Metro bundler, and version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Detox.
