**Requirements:**

  • 0-1 years of experience in a training, teaching, or customer support role.
  • Exceptional communication skills (English fluency required).
  • Able to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with virtual training tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
  • Some knowledge of ERP/software systems (a plus but not necessary).
  • Patient and proactive in addressing client inquiries.
  • Organized and self-motivated with strong time management skills.
