Job Title: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify potential delegates through various channels, including online databases, industry associations, and networking events.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new delegates and meet sales targets, utilizing communication channels such as phone and email to promote events and secure registrations.
  • BUILD and maintain relationships with existing and potential delegates to encourage repeat attendance and loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing event information, and assisting with registration processes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to attract delegates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor events, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities, and attend industry conferences to promote events and network with potential delegates.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in delegate acquisition or event sales, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the events industry and understanding of delegate motivations and behaviors.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
