Job Overview

This position involves planning, installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems to ensure seamless performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic planning and implementation of IT systems.
  • Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, virtualization, servers, storage, and cloud platforms to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain effective O365 platform management strategies.
  • Oversee patch management and system updates to ensure security compliance.
  • Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data.
  • Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues.
  • Effectively manage and monitor IT tickets using IT ticketing tools.
Security & Compliance

Implement and maintain robust security protocols, firewalls, anti-virus systems, and data protection strategies to ensure regulatory compliance (ISO 27001). Conduct thorough risk assessments and support business continuity planning initiatives.

Project Management

Lead and support IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver timely and cost-effective solutions.

Documentation & Governance

Maintain accurate system documentation, asset inventories, and network diagrams. Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure organizational excellence.
