The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing/engineering/industrial backgrounds.

Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance and payroll, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. Fluency in Bengali/Hindi is an added advantage.

Responsibilities include supporting senior leadership, taking ownership of HR operations, drafting and implementing HR policies, maintaining accurate documentation.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ability to work in a lean team environment, hands-on attitude, resilience in navigating change.
